10:45am-12:00pm - Panel: Telling the story the community doesn’t know about.  What stories to tell, how to tell them, and the best ways to get them out to the public.  (Mental Health, Training, the Everyday effect of being an officer) (Put this out on social media and with the media)

1:00pm-2:00pm - Panel: What does the community want to know about their police department? Understanding the needs, expectations and desires from your community to tell your story effectively to the public.

2:00pm-3:00pm – Pitching the new narrative to our own. How to get line level staff invested in changing the public’s perception of us. 

3:00pm-4:30pm - Addressing the OIS: How to handle the media, the public and the community
