Welcome to the Women Leaders in Law Enforcement (WLLE) website! This website is designed to provide information about our annual Training Symposium, held this year in Anaheim, California on October 13-15, 2014.

Now in our ninth year, our recurring theme of Sharing Strategies for Success is about working together to reach our goals.  The purpose of the Training Symposium is to bring together law enforcement professionals in a supportive and empowering environment, enabling us all to learn from the knowledge and experience of others.  WLLE is a unique opportunity to network and connect with women and men who can help you succeed in your future endeavors.  This year’s symposium provides dynamic, contemporary training presented by subject matter experts in their fields and designed to help develop The Leader In You.

Registration for 2014 is now open.  We hope to see you there!
