Grow professionally and personally by attending the California Police Chiefs Executive Leadership Institute at Drucker

“Hands down the best executive/management training I have had to date. I wish I had received this training several years ago. It could have prevented some of the mistakes I made as well as have helped me to achieve so much more.” John Hall, Chief, Exeter Police Department

Cal Chiefs has partnered with the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University in Southern California to offer you an exceptional career development program. Conducted in a rigorous academic setting, this two-week executive leadership experience brings together an array of relevant subject matter experts to enrich your experience on a personal and professional level.

”ELI was absolutely the best leadership course I have ever attended. The quality of the instructors, the value of the networking, and the benefit of the class discussions were outstanding. I was forced to look internally and quickly realized that I need to change some things. The most important thing about this course is that it almost forces you to go back to your organization on Monday morning and make a difference.  I would absolutely recommend this course to any executive in law enforcement.” Ryan Weeks, Commander, Ventura Police Department
