Coffee and an afternoon snack will be provided each day, and lunch will be provided on the first day.
Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Shannon Mahoney. Cancellations received at least 20 days prior to the beginning of the course date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between 19 days and 10 days will be subject to a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to the event will not receive a refund. Registrations are transferable, all changes must be made 10 days prior to the start of the course. NO SHOWS forfeit full registration fee. Course fees are NOT transferable after the last course date.

Know Before You Go
We are excited to offer in-person training after months of no events taking place because of the pandemic. While we are eager to get back to “normal,” we realize that the pandemic is still here and something we all need to consider in how we conduct business. We are implementing some new protocols to be adhered to by all attending our in-person training events including attendees as well as instructors and staff members. Please see the attached Code of Conduct that will be on display at all our events. The Code of Conduct summarizes what will be expected of those in attendance of the event and lists the important actions that need to be taken by all to maintain a safe environment. We realize that these are not the most “comfortable” circumstances to be under, but they are what we believe are the safest and we have a responsibility to protect you to the best of our ability.
