Cal Chiefs is introducing a new regional training; Having a Communication Strategy that Works in Your Community. This is the first training of its kind and we are excited to bring this opportunity to six different regions. This one-day summit is designed for chiefs and their seconds in command where you will learn the art of communicating; How to communicate, how to get your message out, the ins and outs of a successful media interview, tips for holding a successful community meeting, and crisis communications. The training will be led by Chief Deanna Cantrell (San Luis Obispo PD) and Media Consultant Laura Cole.
