Annual Training Symposium Registration Information

 March 6-10, 2019

2019 Annual Training Symposium will be held March 6-10, 2019 taking place at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, in Santa Clara, CA.

• You must be a CPCA member in good standing and/or employed by a law enforcement agency to attend. 
• Vendors may not register to attend the conference, only participate in the trade show.

Registration Fees:

Full Registration includes: All meal functions and social activities at the Symposium including Host Chief Night, Tradeshow Luncheon and Reception, Inspirational Breakfast, Recognition Luncheon, and Installation Banquet.

A la Carte Items

The following A la Carte Items are available if you choose not to register your Spouse/Partner/Guest for the full event. If you have already registered for the event, all items below are included in the registration fee.

Lunch Only Package $150 
Dinner Only Package $250 

 

Online payment may be made by credit card ONLY, or you can select to pay via an invoice by choosing "Invoice Me" on the payment page.

Please note that registration is first-come first-serve. Your registration will not be valid until payment has been received.

 

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Shannon Mahoney [email protected]. Cancellations received on or before February 6, 2019 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between February 7 and February 21 will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellation received after February 21 will not receive a refund.  Registrations are transferable, all changes must be made by February 25, 2019. NO SHOWS forfeit full registration fee.
