Holistic Organizational Wellness Approaches—A Summit on Employee Wellness
This new Cal Chiefs’ summit is designed for police chiefs, seconds in command and agency peer support coordinators and will feature a day devoted to creating a culture of organizational wellness. Be sure you are in a position where you as an executive leader can “put your oxygen mask on first” so you make sure your agency’s program embraces a holistic approach to wellness. The summit will include sessions on Trauma Informed Leadership, Peer Support and the importance of Taking Care of your People, Mindfulness & Resiliency, Sleep Deprivation Impacts, How to Navigate the Journey to Retirement and will include a facilitated panel discussion of chiefs on Wellness and Resiliency.
