Registration Fee Policy

Registration fees must be paid in full 20 business days prior to the event, or your registration will be cancelled for non-payment. If you are registering for an event within 20 business days prior to the event you must pay the registration fee in full at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Olivia Peterson. 

·      Cancellations received at least 20 business days prior to the beginning of the course date will receive a full refund.

·      Cancellations received 19 to 10 business days before the training will be subject to a 10% administrative fee.

·      Cancellations received less than 10 business days prior to the event will not receive a refund and will therefore forfeit their registration fee.

Registration fees are transferable within the same fiscal year if notified at least 10 business days before the start of the course. All changes must be made 10 days prior to the start of the course; for extenuating circumstances, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis. NO SHOWS forfeit full registration fee. Course fees are NOT transferable after the final course date of fiscal year.
