 Registration Information

 CPCA’s 47th Annual Training Symposium (ATS) will be held on May 19-22, 2024 in Palm Springs, CA.

Requirements

You must be a CPCA member in good standing and/or employed by a law enforcement agency.

Vendors may not register to attend the conference, only participate in the trade show.

What’s Included?

Registration to the Annual Training Symposium includes:

  • Up to 13 POST CPT credits

  • 15+ workshops and 3 Keynotes to choose from

  • Access to CPCA exclusive companies at the Partner Solutions Center

  • All meal functions and social activities including: President’s Lunch, Trade Show Luncheon & Reception, Leadership Breakfast, Recognition Luncheon, Installation Reception & Banquet and Closing Breakfast and Keynote (schedule is subject to change)

Regular Registration Fees

Members = $875

Non-Members = $975

Retired Chief Full Conference = $625

Retired Chief 1-Day Pass = $199

Spouse/Partner/Civilian Guest = $625

Trade Show Only = FREE!

This conference is POST certified for training credits only (no reimbursement). POST ID # 1137-28000-22.

Policies

Registration Fee Policy
Registration fees must be paid in full 30 business days prior to the event, or your registration will be cancelled for non-payment. If you are registering for an event within 30 business days prior to the event you must pay the registration fee in full at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations received on or before April 25, 2024 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received between April 26th and May 10th will be subject to a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 11th will not receive a refund. NO SHOWS forfeit full registration fee.

Substitution Policy

All substitutions must be made by May 10th. No substitutions will be made after that date.
