The Industry Partners Solution Center Trade Show, taking place on Monday and Tuesday, May 20-21, 2024 in the Oasis Exhibit Hall in the Palm Springs Convention Center. With a grand total of seven and a half hours dedicated to the show, including a reception and breakfast, you'll have ample opportunities to establish the essential connections and contacts you're seeking.

  • Total of 7.5 hours of show time with 6 hours of dedicated attendee time in the exhibition hall!

    Monday, May 20, 2024 from 3:30pm - 6:30pm

    Tuesday, May 21st, 2024 from 7:30am - 8:30am

    Exclusive time with exhibitors and continental breakfast

  • All exhibits will be located in the Oasis Exhibit Hall in the Palm Springs Convention Center. Booth spaces are 10’ wide x 10’ deep (displays are limited to 8’ in height)

    Each exhibitor is entitled to a reasonable sight line from the aisle, regardless of the number of booth spaces purchased. Displays shall not exceed 8’ in height in the back and shall not exceed 4’ in height beyond 5’ from the back wall. If your display does not meet these specifications, contact CPCA for approval of any exceptions.

  • Each 10’ x 10’ space includes these amenities:

    • One 6’ table (72” x 24”), two chairs, one wastebasket.

    • Spaces are carpeted (custom carpet at a booth is optional).

    • Two (2) exhibitor badges (access to trade show only including Monday Opening Reception in show hall and Tuesday breakfast in show hall). Continental Breakfast will be served at 7am to exhibitors so they can eat before attendees arrive at 7:30am.

    • Additional exhibitor badges may be purchased for $500 each allowing for a maximum of four (4) exhibitor representatives per reserved booth.

    • If you're interested in attending the entire conference for the week, you can purchase an additional All-Access pass for an extra $1,000 per individual add-on pass. Please note that these passes are assigned to specific individuals and cannot be shared. All-Access passes can be added with the purchase of an exhibitor booth or sponsorship opportunity only.

    • Attendee Pre/Post Conference Opt-in Contact List.

  • $2,000 — for interior booths

    $2,200 for corner booths or end caps

    Space is designed to accomodate a wide spectrum of displays, vehicles and demonstration areas. Multiple 10’ x 10’ booths may be combined to create larger spaces which is required if you are exhibiting a vehicle.

  • Please select your booth space using our on-line floor plan. Exhibit space is selected by the exhibiting company on a first-come-first-served basis online. Booths are not subject to reserve or “hold” for later order. CPCA reserves the right to modify the exhibit floor layout at its discretion. By purchasing a booth at the show, you agree that you have read and understand the Trade Show Rules and Regulations and will abide by them.

    Exhibitors are encouraged to complete an order payment with a credit card. Tradeshow booth orders paid at the time of the order with a credit card are considered secured. Orders placed selecting to be Invoiced have 30 days to pay from receipt of invoice. Booths are NOT considered secured until full payment is received. Final payments must be received 60 days before the start of the trade show. Due to the limited availability, CPCA will release booth orders not paid within 30 days of order. Payments by check must be sent to: CPCA, P.O. Box 255745 Sacramento, CA 95865.

  • Need additional booth services? Western Event Service (WES) is the official provider/decorator for the exhibition. Please CLICK HERE to access a copy of the Exhibitor Services Guide provided by WES for booth set-up, electrical, Internet, freight handling/shipping, vehicle load-in, specialty carpet (optional), and other exhibitor needs. Please direct questions and service requests to Dave Best at dsbestone@comcast.net.

  • Registration and Booth set-up begins on Sunday, May 19th, 2024 from 2-5pm (for those of you who wish to get an early start) and continues Monday, May 20 from 8am-2pm. You have the flexibility to decide when to arrive and start setting up your booth, based on your schedule and the time required for setup. We will open the trade show doors to attendees for the Opening Reception at 3:30 on Monday the 20th.

    All Vehicle load-ins have to be completed Sunday May 19th, from 11am-1pm. Please contact CPCA staff for vehicle load-in and for extensive booth display set-ups. More detailed event information can be found in the Trade Show Rules and Regulations.

    Booth strike is on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

    These are just a few hotels closest to venue but there are still plenty of options in downtown palm springs and the surrounding area.
