IACP will take place on October 19-22, 2024 in Boston, Massachusetts. CPCA has a block of rooms available for our members at the Hyatt Regency Boston for the discounted rate of $369 per night (not including taxes and fees) but is unfortunately SOLD OUT at this time.
To be placed on the waitlist please contact Events Manager, Meghan Kalmbacher and provide the number of rooms needed, the dates required and the names for those attending.
If you need to cancel your room reservation, please reach out to Meghan Kalmbacher.

Click the “enter” button.
Select your check-in and check-out date. Please choose the option that closest matches your check-in and check-out needs. You will be able to modify this once payment information is entered. A valid credit card is needed to complete a hotel reservation.
Enter your contact details, payment and any room requests.
Once you click “reserve”, you will be directed to a page where you can modify the reservation and a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you.
To edit your reservation, click “view details, make changes or cancel” at the bottom of the left-hand corner. A new confirmation email with the correct dates will be sent to you once you update your check-in and out dates.
This process will also be how you cancel your reservation if need be.
Please be sure to note cancellation deadlines on your hotel confirmation to avoid no-show fees.
CPCA does not handle any IACP conference registration. To register for IACP please visit their website, www.theiacpconference.org.
