Fit to Lead: Strengthening Health & Sustaining Executive Performance

Building Capacity for Executive Performance is an interactive 8-hour course focused on the connection between personal health and leadership performance. Participants will examine how stress, sleep, physical fitness, nutrition, recovery, and other lifestyle factors directly affect energy, focus, decision-making, emotional regulation, and the ability to perform consistently at the executive level.
The course takes a practical look at the health risks that come with a career in policing and the added demands of executive leadership, including chronic stress, disrupted sleep, cardiovascular risk, burnout, and years of cumulative operational strain.
Using current research, personal assessment, and practical application, participants will identify where they may be sacrificing their own performance and develop realistic strategies that work within the demands of an executive schedule.
This is not about becoming a fitness expert or completely overhauling your life. It is about understanding what your body and brain need to perform at a high level and making intentional changes that can improve how you feel, think, lead, and recover.
Participants will leave with practical strategies to improve energy and focus, manage stress, prioritize recovery and sleep, make better nutrition and fitness choices, and build habits that support long-term health and executive performance.
You invest heavily in becoming a better leader. This course focuses on making sure the person doing the leading is built to sustain it.
