Rise Thursday Afternoon Featured Speaker Sponsor
Take center stage as the Featured Speaker Sponsor, positioning your brand in front of the full conference audience during a high-impact session designed to inspire and engage attendees.
Thursday afternoon’s Featured Speaker is Sheriff Tina Nieto, who made history as the first Latina sheriff in California and the first woman, first person of color, and first openly gay person elected Sheriff of Monterey County. With more than 34 years in law enforcement, she has served in a wide range of leadership roles, including more than 28 years with LAPD and as Chief of Police for the City of Marina.
When promoted to Command Level within LAPD, Sheriff Nieto became the first Hispanic woman in the department’s history to achieve that rank. Her leadership journey, commitment to service, and trailblazing career continue to inspire law enforcement professionals across California and beyond, and we are honored to welcome her to the Rise 2026 stage.
