Wednesday's Featured Speaker is Dr. Jen Welter, who is a trailblazing coach, speaker, and advocate who made history as the first female coach in the NFL when she joined the Arizona Cardinals in 2015. A former professional football player and accomplished sports psychologist, Dr. Welter is recognized for breaking barriers, building high-performing teams, and inspiring others to challenge limitations.
