Table Location

Tables in the Ballroom will be in the same room as attendees during programming. Tables in the Foyer will see traffic on Wednesday evening during the Welcome Reception, as well as during each meal break, morning coffee, and as attendees walk to Education Session rooms. There will be a dedicated networking time for attendees to engage with tables in both the Ballroom and Foyer. 

Table location is first-come, first-serve and is not guaranteed. CPCA Staff will inform you of your table location prior to the event.
