California’s Leading Conference for Police Executives

The Annual Training Symposium (ATS) brings together police chiefs and executive law enforcement leaders from across California for three days of learning, connection, and collaboration.

Designed around the challenges and opportunities facing today’s policing leaders, ATS features inspiring keynote speakers, timely education sessions, and meaningful conversations with peers from across the state. Attendees gain fresh perspectives, practical strategies, and ideas they can bring back to their agencies and communities.

More than a training conference, ATS is an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, strengthen relationships with fellow leaders, exchange ideas, and continue growing as an executive. Whether tackling emerging issues, exploring new approaches to leadership, or learning from the experiences of others, attendees leave with valuable insights and stronger connections to support them in the year ahead.

Registration to the Annual Training Symposium includes:

  • Up to 9 POST CPT credits
  • 17 workshops and 3 Keynotes to choose from
  • Access to CPCA partners and sponsors.
  • All meal functions and social activities.
    • Meals included: 2 lunches, 1 breakfast, and coffee each morning.

This conference is POST certified for training credits only (no reimbursement). POST Control #1137-28000-25

A $10 nightly resort fee will also apply and includes guestroom Wi-Fi, a daily social hour featuring wine, beer, and cocktails, in-room bottled water, access to the resort’s fitness studio, and additional resort amenities.
