Eligibility

Please note that individuals employed by or representing a company or service provider are not eligible to register as general attendees. Attendee pricing is reserved for those who are attending as a current or retired member of a policing agency. Retired members who register should not attend to market the current company they represent. Company representatives are invited to explore our sponsorship opportunities instead.

Registration Fee Policy

Payment for your registration must be received no later than October 5, 2026. If you are unable to pay by this date you must communicate your payment issue to CPCA. If we have not received your payment or corresponded with you by October 5, 2026 your registration will be canceled. Any registrations placed after October 5, must be paid at the time of purchase with a credit card. Please direct all questions and communications to, Izze Uvalle.

Cancellation Policy

  1. All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Izze Uvalle.
  2. Cancellations received on or before October 5, 2026 will receive a full refund.
  3. Cancellations received between October 6, 2026 and October 21, 2026 will be subject to a 10% administrative fee.
  4. Cancellations received after October 21, 2026 will not receive a refund.
  5. No shows forfeit full registration fee.

Our host hotel for the Technology Conference is the Hyatt Regency Long Beach. We have secured a room block at the discounted rate of $249/night (not including taxes and fees).
